The United States has reported the first confirmed death from swine flu outside Mexico.
US officials say a 23-month-old boy from Mexico has died in Texas where he was being treated for the virus. In Mexico - where the outbreak began - experts are investigating the deaths of about 150 people from suspected swine flu - so far WHO has confirmed only seven were definitely caused by the virus.
